LMF has organized a second meeting between fans on May, 6th. Eventhough the weather forecast announced rain the day before, the meeting took place ! Here is a little summary of our day...




10:15am
This year, Mickael was on time ! He was the first waiting for everybody ...

10:40am
Mickael is still alone under the Charlemagne statue... uh, sorry, he is with his pigeon friends !

10:45am
Then comes the first arrival of members : Amélie, Estebann/Sylvain, Sailorneptune/Sébastien, Denis and Syl. Our signal is risen up : a Norwegian flag ! Several minutes later, Flown/Cécilia joins us smiling. Everybody presents himself as she was not at our previous meeting.
A Norwegian couple runs against us with a surprised face ... "what is it?" .
As everyone knows it, Mickael loves nature and natures loves Mickael ! The pigeons, perched on the statue, seemed not to like Norway, because they made a boo on the flag and on the one who wore it... Mickael !



10:45am to 11:30am
The group is forming... with the arrival of Titecroquette/Marion, Chaperon/Clément (sweating^^), Daneypass/Pascal, Fly me away/Eva and Elrandir/Minh Xuan the guitar in his back.


11:30am
Going to the little Scandinavian restaurant : Nils !!
The way from Notre-Dame to Buci street was helpful to introduce eachother.

11:55am
We, 12 people, arrive at Nils'. By chance, the room is totally empty and we seat on the bench in the back.



Menu : Varied Scandinavian sandwiches, drinks, and Swedish cakes. There was even a reindeer with us !
But unfortunately the music wasn't suitable with our lunch ! Thus, Clement and Syl went to harcelate the poor Cora, our nice waitress, to make her play Lost In A Moment in Nils. After about half an hour, LIAM was broadcasted !! Ouf !

Very enthusiastic since the beginning of the day, Clément goes to talk with other clients in the restaurant, with his own style. . Anyway, now everyone at Nils' knows who Lene Marlin is !

After a little while, Echo9/Laurent joined us... the team is complete !

1:30pm
Going to Luxembourg Garden, while the weather is still sunny.
The garden was crowd. Everyone took a chair to seat several meters away.



<- And the last one...


While we had just seated in circle with the guitar just taken, a kind gendarme gave us a friendly welcome :

"No dog here, neither beggar or music ! " !

After several minutes of useless explanations, we eventually went to a little garden very close to the last one, but smaller and quieter.











2:30pm
We all seated in circle on the green grass. This time there was nobody to eject us once again .
After a shy beginning, the music notes from Minh Xuan's guitar mixed with the voices of a great part of our members. We sang several Lene's songs (The way we are, Another Day, You Weren't There, Disguise,)… And we also took many pictures!

Thanks Minh Xuan for this moment of music While the weather was becoming worst, and while we had just finished singing the Sound Of Silence by Simon&Garfunkel, we headed for the Champs-Elysées! Clément, Sébastien and Marion left us for a while. 4:30pm Fnac and Virgin Megastore: Great and flash act by the Lene Marlin Defence League! We helped Lene's little CDs to spread everywhere… because they were starting to choke in their narrow locker ^^. 5:00pm to 6:15pm LMF didn't know where to go... and the rain started to fall. So we headed for the Norway embassy! Such a great idea :D, we admired the very beautiful door of the embassy and its luxury frame (^^). 6:15pm While Laurent, Cecilia and Minh Xuan went back home, we left for Montmartre where Sébastien was waiting for us for the evening. Before entering his house, we bought the necessary ingredients for the dinner.

7:30pm
The group finally counted 9 people when we were at Sébastien's. We chose to prepare a Pastas salad. Some wanted it without cucumber, some without tomatoes, or without ham…

The atmosphere was nice, especially with Jean-Claude and his sister company!
